Md. Azizar Rahman was born at Naogaon, Bangladesh on 12th September 1983. He has completed B.Sc.(Hons.) in 2005 & M.Sc. in 2006 from the Department of Physics of Rajshahi University, Bangladesh. He has also completed M.Phil. in 2011 from the Department of Physics of Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET). Mr. Azizar Rahman started his career as a Lecturer of Physics in the Department of Basic Science, Primeasia University, Bangladesh on 1st February 2010. He was appointed as a Lecturer in the Department of Physics of BUET in 6 February 2011.
Research Interest: Semiconductor thin films, Magnetic, Magnetoelectric & Multiferroic Materials.
